Baseball
Lowell vs North Andover, 10 a.m.

Dracut 5, Billerica 4
Braydon Cheetham scored on a past ball to walk it off for a red-hot Dracut team on Sunday in the 10th inning. Entering the frame trailing 4-3 after Jackson Buckland scored for the Indians, Patrick Bernard scored on a fielder’s choice to knot the game at four. An Owen Conant single and a Ryan Cole walk set the table for the heads-up baserunning from Cheetham to key the win. Perhaps the biggest play of the game, though, was Brenden Modeski’s solo home run in the seventh to force extras. A Cam Amenkowicz double gave Billerica the lead right back, but a Jake Vigeant single in the bottom half of the frame again tied the game.
